Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurant and San Juan del Sur and the shaded areas. The staff was attentive and delivered excellent service. Liked my huge and extremely spacious room, it had a private safe, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers.

The hotel's rooms were beautiful and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed the stunning grounds and the fact that it was very clean and relaxing. The staff at the restaurant were very good and served us well. Plus, the location was convenient to some key attraction points in the area.

The administration left a lot to be desired. We had to pay for all our meals and poolside drinks separately, which felt inconvenient and detracted from the relaxing atmosphere.

We loved the fact that we got what we paid for. the staff was amazing and friendly. the local people were welcoming and we felt safe throughout our stay. the beds are comfortable and the hammocks were perfect for relaxing. the complimentary shuttle service and the booked couple massage was also a great gesture.

Although the food in the restaurant was great, we would have preferred a quick grab spot. We found only one pool area with loud music and limited sunbeds which we expected to be more romantic and calm.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and they really made my trip special. I also felt very safe at this hotel, as the locals were welcoming and there were no safety issues. The hotel even offered a free shuttle service to get around, which made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze. One thing I would recommend is renting a motorcycle for easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future.

The staff were amazing and always attentive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable, and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The free shuttle bus provided was helpful for getting to town, and the late check-in was accommodating.

The advertised hikes and horse rides were difficult to organize, and they required a guide, which was not always available. The shuttle bus did not stick to the timetable provided, and we had to pay for taxis back to the hotel.
